Brett serves as Chief Operating Officer at Stevens Capital Partners, bringing more than 30years of executive leadership across finance, operations, and human resources. He has held senior roles at multibillion dollar corporations, driving growth and efficiency in industries ranging from wealth management, private equity, banking and real estate to public accounting. Known for his strategic insight and steady leadership, Brett has overseen investment analytics, financial planning, and organizational development at the highest levels.
He holds a degree in finance and economics from Iowa State University and is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. Brett has served on the board of a local youth athletic association for 18 years and volunteered for 25 years as a classroom instructor with Junior Achievement. He also serves on the Nebraska board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Brett and his wife Amy are active members of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. They have raised five children including four sons and a daughter and are proud grandparents. Outside of work, Brett enjoys reading, traveling to U.S. national parks and historic European cities, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and collecting vintage baseball cards.
